Pretrained weights for neural networks in "Structure discovery in Atomic Force Microscopy imaging of ice"

Pretrained weights for neural networks in "Structure discovery in Atomic Force Microscopy imaging of ice". Three sets of weights are provided: weights_ice-cu111.pth: model trained on ice clusters on Cu(111) weights_ice-au111-monolayer.pth: model trained on monolayer ice clusters on Au(111) weights_ice-cu111-bilayer.pth: model trained on bilayer ice clusters on Au(111) The weights are saved in the Pytorch serialized state dict format.
