LiPheKit

This repository includes all codes needed in order to understand the processing pipeline from raw full pointclouds acquired by the Finnish Geospatial Institute (FGI) Lidar Phenology station (LiPhe) to single tree point clouds. The data processing pipeline includes point cloud normalization, registration and georeferencing, data resample, coarse-to-fine point cloud segmentation and tree parameters estimations (e.g. tree height).
