Description
I visited the University of Oslo for two months to collaborate on a new research project on survival modeling of colonization by different E.coli strains. In addition, a manuscript from the previous work of likelihood-free inference for the estimation of the basic reproduction number R0 of two E.coli clades, was finalized and submitted.
