Sarka is the national museum of agriculture. It was established in 2005. Sarka aspires to show the history of Finnish agriculture with a modern, versatile, and interesting approach. Our goal is to educate on the past, present and the future, and allow people to experience history in innovative ways. The museum has three permanent exhibitions, temporary exhibitions, and a spacious outdoor area. Sarka is managed by Suomen maatalousmuseosäätiö (the Foundation of Finnish Agricultural museums), and is supported by the Ministry of Education and Culture, and the city of Loimaa.
