Responsibilities include: Team governance of ARTS; developing strategic plan, roadmap, and Aalto University Strategy implementation; renewal and revision process for curricula, services, budget, infrastructure, and internal and external partnerships; revision of existing program portfolio; revision of foundation studies; developing interdisciplinary research and platforms; representing ARTS for external audits and accreditation; developing KPIs and focus themes; defining and developing significant forums for art and creative practices; reviewing current personnel plans; planning of space usage to support collaboration and proximity of fields of study; ensuring transparency, collaboration and an entrepreneurial spirit; increasing knowledge of ARTS achievements and capabilities and improve external communications.
