Description

The Expert Discussion was held on March 6, 2025 by the Horizon Europe "Rebalance" Project and Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University in partnership the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine and UNDP. As Ukraine is the first candidate country to face responsible business conduct (RBC) issues in the accession process, it was recommended to integrate RBC across policies, encourage businesses to adopt RBC standards, and facilitate knowledge-sharing across government institutions, businesses, and consultancy.
