Description

An open lecture and a two-day workshop (2.12-3.12.2021) at the University of Lapland as part of the Biocolour workshop (29.11.2021-3.12.2021).

The lecture focused on the many facets of indigo. During the workshop, students got engaged with indigo by preparing and maintaining their own fructose vats and dyeing with them. They also created barbi-scale outfits. The barbi-outfits and samples were exhibited shortly at the Biocolour exhibition at Arktikum Museum.
