Chair, Initiative for Sharing and Co-‐creating Transdisciplinary Artworks for Aalto University, Aalto University, January 2015-‐presentResponsibilities include: Developing and promoting art-‐based activities across the boundaries of diverse disciplines, knowledge frameworks and communities at the University level; building excellence to position Aalto University as a global leader in high-‐quality artistic activities; development and production of transdisciplinary events, and exhibitions; increasing visibility and articulating the social impact of artistic and creative activities; working with stakeholders including leadership from all Aalto schools, campus development, and external partners; develop public art policy and gallery strategy; oversee Aalto art inventory; supervise Artist-‐in-‐Residence program; benchmark programs and create international network of universities in transdisciplinary art practices; organizing and planning the initiative budget and deployment of resources; supervising, evaluating progress, and providing feedback for full and part-‐time employees in the initiative.
